Winedrops have an excellent taste in wine, particularly if you like French red wines (as I do). I have rarely had a bad bottle from them, and the ordering process and app are very strong. However, I am a little sceptical about the RRP prices they claim!

I found the same rosé considerably cheaper (20%) than Winedrops advertised and they matched the price. Very helpful but also good to shop around.

Great wine - very happy. Quick postage. Taken off a star for the price of delivery as that what pushes up the price to a little bit too much.

No fantastic wines amongst the selection. Disappointed there’s nothing exceptional there. Won’t be trying this expensive experiment again!

Never had a bad wine from them, there has been a couple of times where I have scanned the wines in Vivino and they’ve been a lower price than the supposedly discounted Winedrops price but I really like the idea of it, especially with the mystery bottles and getting to try new things. One thing I would say though is that I definitely haven’t ordered enough to warrant the really high yearly fee. Feel like it would be nice to have a cheaper option for those who enjoy it but don’t order a lot of wine every year.

Lots of new and interesting wines to chose from. I like the way in which wine drops gives the information of wines through the app.

Absolutely worth it
It is a great company with a really good app, helpful staff and great selection. My only complaint would be that the prices they quote are not entirely accurate and are often in the more expensive side, but they always end up beating the cheapest one I can find. Getting the wine delivered is so easy though, and super quick.

JUST TO CLARIFY, WITHIN 24HRS OF MAKING THIS COMPLAINT, JONNY OF WINE DROPS EMAILED ME DIRECTLY AND SORTED OUT MY QUERY. MUCH APPRECIATED.

Bought 6 bottles whilst using the free trial option, opted out but gave still been charged the £90 subscription fee from my account. Have emailed the help support only for the email to bounce back, so messaged on the app via “contact us” and still have not had a reply.
Also when I go into the app and check the subscription tag it states that I do not have a subscription tied to my account, despite being charged???
