I had a problem with charges from my account.
I received a phone call within 24 hour refunded the money .
And a credit to my account.
They were extremely sorry for the inconvenience it caused myself and dealt with the problem extremely effectively.

Ordered 3pm Friday, arrived lunch time Tuesday. Great wines and great prices.

After a sticky start to my account and communications, all is now good and I am very happy with the Winedrops way of buying wine. I like the simple to understand and use app, I like the flexibility of how you can buy / build / ship cases or half cases etc. just taken delivery of my next 12 bottles. And, there is a huge variety of wine to suit most budgets with good summary description’s and tasting notes. Highly recommended.

I like tasting different wine but I yet don’t know my tastes very well. Winedrop really help with it. The app has quite limited selection of wine that always rotates (15-20 wines in each moment) and each wine has a short description and overview of its scores/awards so you feel guided in what you choose. Prices are pretty low but they’re not as good as advertised. Usually, prices are in line with what you can buy in Waitrose on discount.

It is such a great concept for those into their wines but not wanting to pay that price tag, however I thought the trial period wasn’t long enough for the amount of wines you get offered to buy. Saying this, there are some good deals on the wines I did see. I thought the post and packaging cost was expensive, and I didn’t like how you had to order 6 wines in the trial period to get a delivery. They could also improve on their taste notes description as this is the main decider for me on choosing a wine - it is currently too brief in comparison to the description/story behind the bottle.

Lovely gentleman than rang and set me up. Honest not over selling. One bottle at a reduced rate. And the wine is gorgeous. Shared a bottle with a friend last night.

I’ve just received my first case and have been checking the prices from other suppliers. The discounts are not as great as stated since the pre-discount price seems to be somewhat inflated. Especially if you factor in the membership fee.I’m increasing my star rating as the wine deals are still good value and the wines have all been excellent quality.
