I got a lucky dip box of 6 bottles of red wine which were all great wines. The value was min £10 a bottle but when I checked overall value was £120.

Though I didn’t stay on as a member (for now), I thought the customer service was really good as well as the concept.Wine was delicious and well priced and delivery was fast.

Fantastic customer service!
With its great marketing, and fantastic business concept, I discovered Winedrops via Facebook & TikTok. Sadly, despite a wide selection of wines available, I didn’t find anything that I would have ordered. However, within 24 hours of the £90 payment being taken from my account, and my contacting customer services, I received a full refund & the matter was resolved to my satisfaction.

The prices and wine options are great, however paying for each bottle individually is slightly annoying, would be much better if you could build the box and review it first.

Great wines and lots of drops daily to choose from. Like the idea of buying as you go and building your choice! Can’t really afford to buy bottles over £20 but lots to choose from under that price!

So far I’m impressed with the app! Only tried my first bottle last night but it was lovely & great value for money

Good value, delivered quickly, but often when invited to shop the drop clicking on the tab takes you to a different wine from that offered, and it appears impossible to actually bring up the wine proposed. Big drawback is that you are unable to speak to anyone.

The regular emails are full of interesting wines which I wouldn’t otherwise have discovered. There have been no duds -instead lots of exciting new finds.Also I really like the idea of contributing wines to a case which gets sent when it’s full. It’s novel and very clever.

Overall really good app with some good choice across the wines on ‘drop’. Could be better options for the ‘shop’ wines along with better visibility of upcoming drops.
