It’s worth to keep emailing and following up with them as ultimately if you haven’t used the app or ordered anything you should be able to get the amount back. All in all although it was a slow response Winedrops ultimately acted responsibly and fairly, which I greatly appreciate. Good customer service.

No gimmicks. A shorter supply chain equals huge savings. Monthly fee reasonable and will save loads over normal 12m buy. Probably just our Xmas wine alone pays the reasonable fee.
