That said, both of these wines are offered at a genuine discount, but when you factor in delivery costs (which Majestic or The Wine Society don’t charge) and the £90 per year (£7.50 per month), you’re not really better off. There are some bargains for sure but it’s really not much more than a clever marketing tool.

The premise is great but the app is a little clunky. Once you get your head around how it works it’s good.

Excellent savings on quality wines. Great daily drops offering different varieties at big savings. There is a £90 annual fee but if you want to buy quality wines with good savings and great advice then you make that back in 1-2 deliveries so it’s been a no brainer for me.

Although it has a quarterly membership fee of £19, I like the variety of wines available, mostly not available in your local supermarket, and prices seem competitive

Mostly reasonable deals on wine via Winedrops. Can be hit and miss but when you get a good deal they are very good. Worth the low quarterly cost. Good customer service whenever I’ve had an issue

Interesting concept, but a little too early to tell, to be fair though I have been introduced to a very wide range of wines and also had a little issue and when I messaged them they came back within 24hrs.

Great selection of wines with excellent deals available. I really like the ability to add wines to your sporadically as deals come available. Delivery is also very quick.

Really good value for great high quality tasting wines which you wont find in a supermarket! A very good price selection across a fantastic range, from affordable to collectable. I would highly recommend Winedrops. Their customer service is excellent if you have any queries with very prompt responses via email.

Relatively good prices, always cheaper than online but not always as good of a saving as they say. Plenty of selection for trying new wines too.

I’ve made a couple of purchases on the app so far, and I do check the prices as I do this.
For the most part the wine has been lovely, and a couple of bottles stood out so much I repurchased them again! As a person who drinks wine a few times a week, it’s been great to really get some variety going on!
