App works great, and is easy to use. Some great deals but you do need to know your wines to make sure you can enjoy what you choose to buy

Took my first delivery last week , came with a complimentary bottle of whispering angel , but missing one of the paid for bottles . I messaged and it was sorted immediately. Very impressive customer service.

Ok, so I may have gone a little OTT with my first few orders, but you just can’t help pass by a good bargain! I like the pricing, I like the tasting notes, I like that you commit to buy when you select the wine you want - so costs can be spread out over time rather than a big bill in one order. So you can see your cellar building over time, and you can change the shipping so they hold your wine until you are ready to ship.
Unfortunately there is no benefit to larger orders, ie they add 50p per bottle on top of the minimum 6 bottles to ship. So when I got to 90+ bottles I ended up with a £50 shipping bill which hurt the pocket - but, several days later I was pleased to see my 8 cases of wine land on my doorstep.
Yes, the £90 fee is possibly a bit steep, but if you want access to great wines at a discount price, it’s worth it. Time will tell as to whether I renew my membership next year. But so far, I’ve liked the wines I’ve drunk from them

Finding wines I will enjoy can be time consuming. I love heading to my specialist shop and chatting to someone who understands my taste and budget but I can’t do it all the time. This makes it fairly to find great value wines with reassurance they will be good — the automatic Vivino rating inclusion for all the bottles is helpful. I’m on a trial and still exploring if full membership will be worth it but an interesting start!

Absolutely love this app! It obviously gets me spending more on wine than I used to do because it’s soo fun and easy to use with a great range of discounts on really good wines. It’s easy to use and very much gamifies the way you purchase wine.

If you want inspiration and access to really nice wines this app is a must.

Love this website and the working behind it. I have an ongoing competition, with my father in law, to find the best and most random wines (he’s a claret perv) and I think Winedrops is leading the way. Great wines, great price and it will be nice (if I ever get the chance to drag it out a bit) to fill a box over a slower period and enjoy them all, likely having forgotten what I’ve ordered.

Great wines and great prices!

I have signed up to many other wine delivery companies but I tend to end up receiving wine I don’t want when I don’t need it! Choosing what wines I want, storing them in my cellar and then dispatching them when I want is perfect.

I thought it was a scam to start with but it isn’t. The wine is good and some good deals are to be had. I would, however, strongly suggest you check the retail prices first as I have found one or two that you can get cheaper elsewhere but these are in the minority. Overall. Happy with the app.

Lots of choices at varying price points and all good quality restaurant quality wines. Not received a bad bottle yet. App could be a bit slicker sophisticated (ie option to add bottles to make a case and charged once instead of per bottle each time) but improvements have been made.
