I was sceptical about an app where you needed to pay £90 just to access discounts, but I’ve made that back in savings against what I would pay for wine (not what it’s been reduced from, that’s even more, but if I was never going to spend £50 on a bottle I haven’t made a £30 saving). I’d recommend this app to anyone who wants to try some higher end wine and are happy to spend £15 plus per bottle

It’s too good to be true, surely? Think again. If you’re a bit of a savvy consumer when it comes to wine, or you find yourself continually leaning for that bottle of Whispering Angel or Cloudy Bay, you’ll love this app.

Great range but discounts are often quoted from abnormally high priced sites. Also the advertising that pulls you in, e.g. £30 Veuve Cliquot, never seems to show up on the app? Otherwise great service and fast delivery!

This app is great even for beginners that want to try different things.

The £90 fee is a big expensive when you compare it to Vivino fees but I have managed to get very nice unique wines at really reasonable prices.

As the title of the review says - good wines for good prices and the selection is also interesting and definitely stuff you wouldn’t find at your local wine merchant.

Now I understand how the app works so far been happy with the use and the service.

Downloaded this after seeing an Instagram app and I’m so glad I did! Have tried some AMAZING wines since signing up and broadened my tastes considerably, often being complimented on my choices in wine (which never happened previously as I stuck to the same old!). By no means a connoisseur, the tasting notes are spot on to guide you in choosing new wines which will meet your palette. My only criticism is that the referral scheme for members is all in the new members favour and there is no incentive for the referrer - maybe a bottle or a free membership year after X number of referrals or after X number of bottles purchased just to reward usage / loyalty / referrals. An exceptional concept and one I now can’t be without!

Winedrops has some great deals and variety. Membership is a no brainer if you buy expensive wine (>20/30 a bottle). The membership fee is a little high if you buy wines on the lower end.

There are some real bargains on here and it is a great way to discover new wines or pick what you know with a little extra quality. Don’t go silly though price check before you but because there might be a local wine merchant with a better offer. Take your time and you can have yourself a fabulous case of wines. The 770 Zin is worth a buy, it’s not normally my pick but had some good reviews and instantly knew why.

All you need to know about wine in 1 simple to use app. The app shows a variety of different types of wine, affordable and a bit more expensive. as a wine drinker this is heaven on earth.

Great wines worth their read and trial and a great way to experiment different wines for a wedding. Long term not beneficial as prices change so be-aware!!!

Very easy to use app, with some top class restaurant level wines on the app. Honestly class and makes an unbelievably easy way of getting top quality wine for whatever occasion.

Not keen on the way it charges you each time you add a bottle to the basket instead of letting you review later…
Also asks your preferences but then doesn’t heed them. I hate white wine or sparkling yet I keep getting them dropped to me or showing in my search
