I’ve got an issue because of the annual fee charged, but it was solved quickly via e-mail. I like the app and the way it works, but I think the annual subscription is a little bit expensive.

Firstly I would like to thank Jonny & Michael who dealt with my order and misunderstanding. Their customer service is second to none.I had issues logging in and understanding the T&Cs. This was rectified very quickly and I completed my crate yesterday, I was informed that it was sent that night. To my surprise it was delivered by lunchtime today.Exceptional service and wine!! Very very happy.
