They have interesting wines at good prices. As someone with little wine knowledge but and interest in learning more, I like the way they chat you through the wines. They seem to make a concious effort to make accessible to newbies like myself. I had a problem with my 1st box getting smashed in the post and they sorted it out right away. I like the way the app has changed over the past year too. It’s very user friendly.

Very easy to use app, the wines are VFM and change frequently meaning something for everyone no matter what your taste is.

Good range of value wines. Enjoy the daily drops. Only downside is that delivery charges are a bit steep

Quite good if you want access to nice wines. You get quite good deals for wines quite you can’t buy in supermarkets.

Browsing the app, choosing wines to purchase , having only picked 5 bottles , once you hit 6 it automatically dispatches. I didn’t realise it wasn’t aware that it bills you as you choose wine so I had a surprise when looking at my account not knowing it would automatically bill

Simply the best place in the UK to buy wine. Outrageous discounts, great selection and ultra fast shipping. If you don’t know what to pick just ask them, off the chards great service. I’m hooked!
