I even made an error in my first order and was worried I wouldn’t have time to change it as everything is done by email, however it was all amended that day. A very positive experience so far! Access to great wines at affordable prices. I normally order just one or two at a time and wait until 6 bottles triggers a delivery so the cost is spread out over a few weeks making cost easier to budget for. Brilliant idea!

Really easy discussion with the salesperson. Didn’t feel like a sale but cleverly led towards it. Not an issue as wanted to try the service. Have purchased first 6 bottles and and transaction was smooth. Was promised that a bottle would be placed on the account and it never was. Have also never received an invite to the What’s App group. But wine is good.

Fast shipping some very amusing descrptions of the wines.
I didnt understand originally the membership and cancellled but hadnt seen that you dont get a refund ( my fault it is clear ) but offered to reopen my account and credit me £50.
On my 2nd delivery and not had a bad bottle one or two were not my ideal wine but perfectly drinkable.
Found one bottle delcious and only about a tenner.
