Really enjoyed this wine. Drank it over two nights, once with cheese (manchego!) and again with a homemade curry. This brought lovely and different flavours out in the wine. With the cheese, the oak influence was more apparent, with lovely, nutty, vanilla notes. With the curry, the wonderful fruit flavours stood out: nectarine and yellow plum, in particular. Medium-bodied with quite high acidity to cut through any richness and a lovely, long finish (review of Rodriguez y Sanzo, El Quinto Paraje Verdejo, 2023)
