I have recently placed a number of orders with Winedrops, unfortunately one of the wines ordered went out of stock. Upon receipt of the order, I immediately contacted them with regards to the missing items. Within a few hours they responded with a very satisfactory resolution to the matter. This level of customer care is genuinely refreshing at a time when good, proactive service seems to be increasingly rare. The wine ordered also was great value and well packaged. I would definitely recommend Winedrops without hesitation.

I never choose Chardonnay as I have not found one that I like, they are usually too oaky and feel thick. This however, has converted me and I will definitely look out for more. Amazing company, I bought a case of whispering angel as I’d been buying it from my local supermarket, it worked out at nearly half the price per bottle that I’d been paying at the shop. Will definitely be buying a monthly crate and trying out lots of other wines you have on offer!

Got six mixed reds at an unbelievable price, wasn’t expecting to receive wine of this quality. Every bottle was a gem! If this is the standard of wine they offer, you cannot be disappointed! Best wine I’ve had in ages.
