Had a billing issue, Joan sorted it all out and all was sorted. These are the things that sort the reputable companies from those that don’t care.

After confusion around payments on my part, I reached out to Jonny at Winedrops for help and support. He emailed me back immediately and sorted the issue out without any issue. Customer service was exemplary.
