This service is like having your personal sommelier. All on your phone. I have been a member since the beginning and have saved £1000’s and drank lots of fabulous wine.

Had a small problem with my subscription (my fault). Emailed (on a Saturday) and Edicel, Customer Care Lead, had everything sorted in just a few minutes. Impressed at the customer service.

I was not happy at the start because I didn’t realise you have to pay a yearly membership fee and got roped in when I bought a case of rose as I didn’t read my introduction email regarding the membership but now I’m a member I’m really impressed with the great prices, fantastic deals and fun website. They send the wine quickly and are very reliable so I will definitely be a loyal customer for a good while yet!

Wine drops are great & a great saving on our favourite wines, what lets them down is the delivery. This is the 5th delivery & every time there has been a delay or a mishap! Not good enough considering delivery cost
