The app is easy to use, lots of choice. I particularly like that you don’t have to wait for a whole box before getting your bottles delivered. Downside would be that you can’t have a ‘basket’, you need to pay for every reserved bottle that waits in your ‘cellar’ until you decide to get them delivered but I understand why this is. . .first come first served in a way. So far wines we have chosen are good. Could improve app by having a search section where you can type in the wines you want to look for.

I have ordered several times from Winedrops, and I am impressed by their business model. I have never been disappointed by any of their offerings. I like the simplicity of buying a bottle on the spot, with delivery once the half or whole case is full.
Delivery is always punctual, with adequately protected bottles.
I would recommend trying this supplier for favourites, and also for trying a new wine. The pricing is attractive, so I cannot think of any reason why one would not give them a try.

The wine is just another level for a fraction of the price. I’ve got my love of wine back after growing bored of supermarket choices. Absolute no brainer! Easy to use app and great experience.

Easy to deal with

Not quite sure about the Charmed pricing and my missing de classified wine I was looking forward to. It still informs me that I made savings on something that didn’t turn up! Apart from that service has been good and in the main happy with wine purchased. Would recommend.

I’ve had a very bad experience with wine drops in which it took me a long long time to get my subscription money back which I did not wanted??? I saw an offer to try a wine and phone to try it.when wine drops took my money for the offer they kept my bank details and then took a year subscription. I can’t even remembered if I got the wine but it took me about 6 months to get my subscription money back and now a year later they took another year subscription which I made it Cristal clear that I will not be doing any business with them even with all the offers they tried to give me as compensation. The worst thing is that I don’t even drink wine????

Absolute scam, browsed offers, clicked a tricky button on app, decided against it, deleted app, fast forward a few days my bank is debited £119 for full year membership, no warning no welcome letter received, emailed company, their response its on our terms & conditions & we don’t offer refunds not even on day 1, but not to worry they will offer me a £50 voucher off my first proper, what a scam! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Great app for someone not as clued up as you might hope. Learned a lot about different wines and what it is I’m actually looking for. Not to mention FANTASTIC prices

Great app and love to browse and build a box. One gripe would be the yearly fee.

Easy to use and order, great that you can buy bottle by bottle and then ship when you get to 6 or12 etc. Not sure about the daily wine “drops” yet as there don’t seem to have been any. Shipments are quick.
