I didn’t realise that I would be charged a £90 membership fee after the free trial period, so I requested a refund which was processed quickly and I received the refund within 2 days.

Ordering by WhatsApp is brilliant and the team are highly responsive as a result.However, I found the wines to be 95% out of my (very low) budget. I also wasn’t happy to get the annual subscription fee charged all at once rather than monthly. They refunded this promptly and without fuss when I said it wasn’t for me.If I had more money, I could see this being a good thing in future.

Great value wine, £6.99 shipping slightly on the expensive side.

I like the idea. I don’t like that you have to pay £90 up front for the year, and some of the descriptions used are really weird big dick energy for a wine… wth is that. But the prices of the wines can not be argued with. Need to commit to buying quite a few to make the £90 worth it, but I’m in!!
