This is a dangerously addictive app for all the right reasons!!! How they manage to find such quality wines ecapes me, but long may it continue!!! I’ve saved a fortune and am loving being able to enjoy wines that are usually difficult to find.

Really good place to find amazing deals on wines

Seriously, I didn’t want to like this or pay for the subscription but I caved in on the free bottle of wine chucked in on the opening subscription, all I can say is I’m glad I did, I can’t stop looking at it now and buying wine! I’ve saved 100s!

Well I tried to look at wines they do and you can’t without signing up. I’m not even sure how these people got my number but they have been trying to call me about 5 or 6 times a day.
Be careful what your signing up for. Only wanted to look at the wines on site, disnt intend to buy or sign up.

App not completely intuitive, but it’s okay when you get used to navigating your way around. I missed how much the initial subscription was which I wouldn’t have signed up to if I’d realised. However that said the wine is of a high quality.

I signed up by accident, and you have taken £119 from my account. I have no intention of using your service, yet you refuse to refund me! I see that you have done this to many others on Trustpilot, and I will make it my mission to warn people on every platform I can. You are not scamming me out of £119!

The company want your payment details before you can even view their products.

Scam and the company have terrible ethics. I had no idea I was being charged a membership fee until it debited as it is hidden in the small print. I emailed customer services within 48 hrs to advise I had been charged and hadn’t meant to ‘sign up’ but was the response was to hide behind ‘our terms stipulate’ rather than just being sensible and refunding a mistake. It is sad a company can do this to you, and even sadder they think its acceptable do so. It is clear the membership funds the discount for wine. I wonder how many people get charged without actually realising it?
Interestingly the first FAQ in on their FAQ page is ‘why have I been charged?’ I wonder why.
If one hope that by writing this review someone is saved by what is frankly an underhand hidden charge masked by small print terms and conditions. Be Careful!

So not join this app!!!
I was duped into a three month membership and told I could use the menu button on the app to cancel. There is no menu button on the link I was sent. Also the ‘free’ bottle you are tempted with is actually only yours when you buy five more bottles!
Be sensible use Majestic or go to Tesco for reasonably priced wines
