Wine drops is brilliant! Love everything about it – Jonny is superb at selecting great wines with varying price points. The variety is extensive and my wine collection has grown significantly over the last few months. I cannot recommend Jonny and wine drops highly enough! It is superb!

Hooked up to Winedrops and felt this was the start of a good relationship, loved the choice of wines, the tech, WhatsApp and modern approach. Placed an order and then disaster struck – no delivery of my order. Okay Winedrops did their best, Yodel though don’t care about customer service and after three weeks decided my delivery got lost in transit. Replacement sent, you’ve guessed Yodel lost it in transit. Then Alfie stepped in, went over and above anything I could have expected. At 22:00 Sat night, knock on the door and a surprise parcel from Windedrops with a hand written note aplogising for the poor service.At that point I realised that as much as Winderops strive to be a cut above the rest as they do not own the whole supply chain, issues can occur, they do though care passionately about their customersCan’t think of any other company out there who care that much, Thank you so much Alfie – I’m in ! 🙂

I was interested by the innovative concept of receiving messages with wine offers, which are discounted and have a decent write up in terms of what they are. The selection is broad and often there are wines which are harder to otherwise source. It’s also a fun way to order your wine rather than just getting a random case of something that is likely quite young in age. Jonny – who runs it – is super helpful and invites feedback to make the process easier. I like it and would recommend you give them a try!
