I placed my first order with WineDrops just two days ago and the delivery arrived today—completely hassle-free! They really deliver on their promise. And the prices… wow. I honestly didn’t think you could get wine this good at such value. My wife’s now hooked on Whispering Angel, so I’ll need to include that with every order—please stock up! A solid 10/10 from me.

Unlike other companies, you’re not restricted to a pre-selected box – you can curate a selection that fits your preferences. The website was very user-friendly, and delivery only took three days. We were thrilled to be able to order wines that are usually beyond our budget. We’ll definitely be placing more orders!

Scammers who try to take extra money from your acount without permission higher than subscription fee. Even when you email them and cancel the subscription they apologise and continue to do so do not trust this so called “company” with your details as because of them my bank is constantly froze due to them trying to large sums of money out of it and leave me nothing !

App works well & I like winedrops because all their wines are all top rated, so you can never buy a dud.Their wines are discounted too, perhaps not as much as they say they are but I couldn’t find them any cheaper elsewhere. However, the annual fee of £90 means you need to order a fair quantity to make it worthwhile.

Great sourcing and some really good value… Keep an eye on the drops for some brilliant deals

Love this app! Discovering new wines every day is such a treat, and delivery day always feels like a celebration!

I have reported winedrop for false advertising, you receive offers through email etc but they are never ‘available’ at the price offered. They are ridiculously slow on communications as well.

After this and a number of other issues I’m not going to continue with my membership.

The app is clunky and not intuitive, you can’t do a simple search such as ‘Malbec’ ‘Pino’ ‘Chardonnay’ it assume more wine knowledge than I think average. I would say the search function is largely useless. It was not clear that you buy before it hits the cellar, it was in the mail but you are already in the app at this point, a mail retrospective is pointless.

A significant portion of the wine is not actually that discounted and can be found cheaper in normal supermarkets which was disappointing, I had already bought before checking this. This is my biggest disappointment. This means you are constantly checking to see if you do actually have a deal, which I feel defeats the object of the app and service.

The app is not self contained and the switching between web and app is very legacy/dated and not helpful when trying to manage the account.

I can see why it works for some people but the savings are massively over exaggerated, you have to marry that up against the membership cost and the cost of delivery which eats into those supposed savings, don’t rely on their numbers. Not a big issue but the majority of wines are 12 pounds upwards
