After clicking through from Instagram I found an annual membership charge on my credit card, I can report this has now been successfully resolved

I was a little puzzled at first but Winedrops is legit. The way it works, you pay a subscription fee, then you get offered unusual and discounted quality wines. You buy them if you wish and accumulate a case of 6 or 12. When it is full, they ship it to you. I have yet to drink bad wine, though it’s not quite as discounted as they claim, it is genuine.

Despite repeated requests to have my personal details removed from your database, no action has been taken. This not only reflects a serious lapse in customer care but also raises significant concerns about your compliance with GDPR regulations.

Have ordered a few times everything has been wonderful. This time one of my boxes was delivered soaking wet and something broken inside. Courier said it keeps happening when their vans are loaded ???I got in touch with Winedrops straight away and what excellent customer service ! I had emailed photographic evidence of part contents damaged but the response was immediate! Credited immediately no hanging about .10/10 for excellent customer service !Very impressed !

I ordered 8 bottles of Whispering Angel for a small garden party to celebrate my 60th with friends, and I was so impressed! They arrived earlier than expected and were packaged perfectly. The price was unbeatable—and I’ll definitely be ordering again. My friends will too!

At first, I wasn’t too sure about this app—it felt a bit clunky and I struggled to figure out how it worked. But once you get the hang of it, it’s clear it just works a little differently: there’s no traditional basket, you’re charged immediately when you click to buy, and your case auto-dispatches once it hits 6 bottles (unless you’ve set a higher number).

Now that I understand it, the deals are genuinely excellent. I’m actually planning to cancel my Virgin Wines account and stick with Winedrops from here on out. So glad they found me!
