I was caught out by the initial subscription charge which I believe is too high and should not be levied until your first purchase is made. A refund was refused but some wine was offered instead, just not to the same value as the subscription.That said I have made an order for some presents and the purchase was fairly smooth and delivery was on time. Unsure on the value as the original subscription is around £100 and free delivery requires a very high spend.

Wine drops is a great idea, we get high quality wines at a very good price and we control how many bottles and when we get them

Love how easy it is to explore new wines in the app! The sales team is attentive but never pushy. Being able to build my own mixed cases and use the cellar to schedule delivery at my convenience is a game-changer.

Easy to order, and the wines are genuinely good value. Delivery adds around 90p per bottle, which adds up a bit—but everything else has been great! Would love a free delivery option on 12-bottle orders. Fast dispatch, very happy overall.

I did not agree to the membership fee – had I been told I had to pay £119 for a year at the prices that is a lot of wine.

Love the concept but dislike that you have to subscribe to see how it all works. It is easy to unsubscribe though so still 4 stars. I want to try the wine and service before I commit to a subscription.

I really enjoy the app and browse different wines.. mystery bottles are usually great!

Proactive Sales team but not pushy. Have enjoyed browsing the app to see which new wines have arrived and like how I am able to mix and match my cases and it’s great having the cellar that allows me to group my purchases together so that I have a delivery at my convenience.

No stars if I could.. been messaging this company for 2/3 weeks and not had 1 reply. Customer service is terrible. Took £199 out of my bank.. SO NOT USE

Ordering was simple and delivery was fast—but what really stood out was the quality of the wine, especially for the price. I’ve tried the Jacques Bourguignon Chardonnay and the Fina Rioja—both were excellent and I’ll definitely order them again.
