I love that’s it’s a personalised approach. I had thought it was just an auto generated message. However I thought I would chance it and when I asked for a delivery to be postponed due to being away it was answered with certainty and just advise when I get home. I also got a message hoping that I enjoyed my wine. Have very much enjoyed seeing what offer is sent to me everyday.

I’m a huge fan of Winedrops, they have the ability to get their hands on some fantastic wines and they know it! They provide great descriptions with all their wines which helps when picking what we want to sip on..We’ve had an issue before with the courier as our wines weren’t not delivered and could not be found by the courier, however Winedrops customer service was great, responsive and caring over our order.

Fast response delivery and well packaged

Great wines selection. I love there thorough descriptions as it helps me to venture out into trying new wines and different brands which I usually wouldn’t go for in the supermarket! Yet with there description I know the notes I like so can easily pin point and different bottle to go for and I’ll most likely enjoy it!

Good experience so far… but something seems dodgy. The prices they state as ‘RRP’ are often for different vintages and hence inaccurate. Friends have said there is a higher chance of corkage from this seller, too.

Really interesting mix of wines and every “risk” in trying something new on the basis of the description has always been rewarded.

Unusual wines, great value, great packaging

Great way to buy wine! I love the choices and deals which are sent to my mobile phone a couple of times per week. Very comprehensive information and accurate description of the wine. I’ve never been disappointed so far and never had more wine at home at the same time! Always feels like I have choice between some lovely rare wines and more day-to-day options. Delivery is prompt and never had a broken bottle or any issues. Would absolutely recommend!

The value for money Is excellent and all the wines I have had have been really good.
