I’m not the best informed wine drinker but I know what tastes good, so Winedrops was a no brainer to me. I’m pretty indecisive and will stand staring at the shelves in a supermarket waiting for something to jump out at me. Winedrops takes out the hassle, it’s like a personal sommelier saying ‘how about this one’ without the embarrassment of having to say ‘nah that one’s a bit out my price range today’. It also helps me spot investment pieces that I’ll splash out on for a special occasion and keep on the wine rack for a date in the future. Would recommend anyone try it, it’s the perfect choice for lazy shoppers!

Winedrops make buying wine deliciously easy. Varied and interesting offers. Discipline needed to ignore most offers, and a Nelsonian eye would be helpful. Great customer service and if anything sells out you are kept informed. Superb business model.

It’s a very simple but informative summary of the wines available. The option to slowly fill a case with whatever you like is really good as well. Good billing and delivery and so far all the wines have been excellent. Warning – you will buy LOADS of good wine 🍷

Winedrops is a very good company to deal with. Once you accept that the advertised discount is based on the highest price available online (which I admit, irritated me at the start) you’ll get interesting wines at below standard retail prices. They also didn’t quibble when I had an oxidised bottle and refunded immediately.

Winedrops is a really good way to collect some decent wines, whilst trying out some regions, cultivars and estates you’ve not heard of before. The offers are generally of a high standard and meet a wide range of budgets, based on price points and their build-a-case concept. As for the customer service, Johnny is fantastic and goes way beyond expectations in responding to queries and keeping you updated on offers and your purchases. I would happily recommend Winedrops to anyone, who is looking to expand their enjoyment of the sacred grape and collect a few cases for the cellar.The only obstacle to a 5* review is the lack of an app/storefront, where inventory and stock levels can be seen. But I believe that’s in-process, so I look forward to that.
