Always a great experience with Winedrops but this time round I had an issue with my order – the fault of the delivery agent, not Winedrops – and I was so impressed by how quickly they fixed the problem and the level of customer service.

The deals are solid and the buyer experience is superb. Deals get sent regularly and delivery is prompt. It’s hard to resist the deals though
