The delivery was quick and easy to set up and the person you speak with through watsapp is great at replying. It just wasn’t clear to me upon signing up exactly what I was signing up for as it was a rose summer deal and the website wasn’t easy to navigate to find transparency. Loved my wine though!

My partner has been ordering wine from wine drops and they have been fantastic bottles. Slightly more expensive than the ones I order from laithwaites but of a much higher quality. Very impressed.

Some genuine offers on great wines. Opportunity to try different wines at a great price. The recent hike in membership might put more occasional buyers off.

Always love their selection and the service is super speedy. I’ve tried so many new wines since joining, and they have all been delicious. I always get excited when I new Winedrops message comes through. Highly recommend!

I decided not to try this out as I didn’t realise I had to pay for delivery on the £0.99 deal and that I would maybe look at this again in the future. However, with no warning they have taken out a £90 subscription fee. Emailed them and still awaiting a full refund.

I didn’t realise that I would be charged a £90 membership fee after the free trial period, so I requested a refund which was processed quickly and I received the refund within 2 days.

Responsive and reliable. The wines are not off the shelf and a pleasure to drink. Delivery fast and the bottles are well- packed. Always good at providing advice.
