Fast efficient service and you can pick or choose wines that are sent via WhatsApp.. Great quality and packaging so far a step ahead of the likes of Naked. The only drawback is if you get a delivery and love the wine the chances are it is sold out. I guess that’s a mark of quality though.

I love how wine drops works, get a whatsapp a couple of times per week giving you great deals on a real variety of wine, add as many or as little as you like and once you hit 6 it’s shipped. Some really solid wines offered at an incredible discount, just received my first case and can’t wait to give them a go!

J.Winedrop is just the right degree of keeping you in the loop with offers and not bombarding you with stuff. They have a great range and always deliver on time and the drivers go the extra mile. We had an issue with half the bottles in an order and the money was refunded immediately without quibble or fuss. In short get involved!

Another review about the misleading sales pitch.. They claim you can have a bottle of wine for a pound.. but you need to order others as well plus 6.99 shipping.. but the real problem is they tell you its 10 day trial and if you dont like it nothing lost and you get a wine for a pound!!! They fail to tell you that they will then after 10 days take 90 pounds for a years subscription!!!! Very very misleading and when i called to say how upset i was about it they wasnt even bothered!!! such a shame that small businesses like this get let down or let themselves down with misleading telephone sales!!

Oh my gosh! Where to start? Their customer service is probably the best I have experienced in 30 years of adulthood. Prompt replies to questions asked, clear instructions on how to proceed and just exceptionally good. Ordered 6 bottles on Wednesday evening & they arrived at my door just in time this evening for me finishing work! I really am very impressed

Lovely wines on offer at amazing prices. Really easy to order and orders arrive very quickly. I’m no wine connoisseur but so far I’ve loved every one that I’ve bought, all of which have been offered on my preferences

It’s good when you get some wines through the WhatsApp and you can’t find it elsewhere in the shops or easily online, so you can try a wide variety of good stuff easily.I’d like the option to reduce shipping costs somehow, either by waiting until a higher number of bottles or maybe a different delivery method. Also to track how many bottles are currently accumulating so if there is something I’d like sooner I could add one other to complete a case.
