Excellent customer service over the phone and by email! Our first order was damaged in transit by the courier, I got in touch with the customer service team who apologised profusely and immediately initiated a replacement case to be shipped out with additional bottles as an apology. Certainly will be ordering again!!

Where do I start, joining was easy and winedrop actually listen and willing to help regardless. Their wines are top notch and that helps with your budget, some high priced wines you will never see in any supermarket which is amazing. I hope to carry on using winedrop. 👊🏾🤎👍🏾

Amazing Wine. Fantastic service

Just received my first order. Whole experience is quick, easy and seamless. Love the excitement of choosing new wines I might otherwise have missed. Prices are fantastic and some of the offers incredible. Would definitely recommend. Now pass me that red!

Very happy to have joined Winedrops!The app is very easy to use, you also get the offers on What’sApp and by mail.Great quality wines for all types of budget, no minimum order per wine so you basically create your own selection per box of six.I received my first order, it was quickly delivered, I’m delighted!

If you are a wine drinker who enjoys fine wine and are happy to pay £15 upwards then this could be worth you joining.If like me you normally purchase your wine when doing your supermarket shop and look to spend about £5 a bottle, then this is definitely not for you, as not only do you have to pay a monthly fee, but most of the wines offered are £12 plus and then you have to pay for shipping.I was particularly annoyed as the sales person, Andrea Carless, who rang asked me what I normally paid for wine and where I purchased and I told her that normally purchase my wine when doing our supermarket shop and look to spend about £5 to £6 a bottle. Andrea informed me that joining Winedrops was just right for me, so I agreed to pay £5 for a bottle of wine worth over £30 and take a trial membership. It was only after that that I found that Winedrop specialised in selling fine wine at discounted prices, but prices started at £10 + and then there was a shipping charge and a monthly fee to pay whether you purchased wine or not.I then found out that the £5 bargain bottle of wine that I had been sols would not be shipped unless I purchased at least 6 bottles of wine and paid for shipping. Not what I was told by the Winedrops sales person, Andrea Carless.As far as I’m concerned I was put to a lot of trouble as it was aggravation on aggravation to stop Winedrops taking more of my money as soon as the 10 day trial had finished and also return the £5 taken for a bottle of wine I would never get.Since writing the above review, I’ve been in dialogue with a Director, Jonny Inglas, who has shown his appreciation for putting me through a lot of aggravation because yesterday 4 bottles of very nice wine were delivered to my house, as a gift, which I thought was a very nice gesture, so I have upgraded my rating of Winedrops from 2 to 4 star.If you are someone who appreciates fine wine and would like to pay less for quality wine, then give Winedrops a go

I found the company name in Instagram which made me curious to try it. I just left my name and number and not long ago same day I received a call from them asking me few questions and explained to me how this works. Excellent service!Winedrops offers you plenty of good quality wines and quite great selection! Good way to safe money as a member!Highly recommend Winedrops to wine lovers!Excellent choice 😊🍷

So far great experience. I am enjoying the selection and amazing discounts. Love that I have a ‘cellar’Way better then instagram adverts it’s really fun dabbling in new wines andaffording really good quality bottles. I’m also learning on the app as well about different regions and years. Might make a wine nerd out of me yet…. Cheers 🍷
