I am very happy with the customer service shown by Simon. I highly doubt I would have signed up if it weren’t for him.The app looks easy enough to use and I’ve already purchased two bottles into 5 minutes of joining.5 stars!UPDATEI have updated my review to 3 stars.This because what I was told was actually not completely true which then caused some issues.I asked if 2 specific champagnes/ wine were in stock and I was told they were. On this basis I agreed to join.After joining the specific items were in stock but not available to me.I was then told I would have to wait for them to become available again and no one could give me a timeframe. I waited as requested and ended up cancelling the 2 bottles I had bought along with my trial as the items I specifically wanted never came back in stock.Had I been told this information at the start I wouldn’t have agreed to the trial so the whole thing was a waste of time.Winedrop were very understanding throughout the process.I also appreciate we all make mistakes.I still think the company have a good thing going. It’s just a shame it didn’t work out for me.

Great selection at great prices! Really enjoy using it to try new wines without having to buy a whole case

I haven’t had a bad bottle yet! There are some familiar wines at great prices but using Winedrops has introduced me to so many wines that I hadn’t heard of and which are great. The service is great with really quick response times. I have been recommending this to all my friends.

Great way to buy wine. Love the way that options are presented throught the app. So easy to buy. So flexible in terms of building up a case of 6 in your own time to your own taste. Definitely going to pay less for wine in the next year. Prices look great but with the middleman removed k guess they would! Great find!

First order from them. So far so good. Wines delivered timely via DHL, careful packaging. Must admit £90/ year is a bit steep but I do hope they keep delivering on the quality selection. Admittedly there is a raffle for me leaving this review- but it is honest!
