Love this concept – it’s hard not to buy from every offer. Great wines, not your average supermarket plonk de plonk, at fantastic prices!! Communication is great – constantly evolving and updating the comms and app to improve customer experience. The best wine retailer I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with.Warning: may be harmful to your bank balance but your wine rack will be most grateful.

Excellent range of quality wines offering great choice. Haven’t had a single complaint. Delivery in cases which can be built up of singles etc is good customer service.

Edit 3 weeks later :I am now changing my review from one to 3 stars. I have received the wine that I bought plus the free bottle and I am very happy about it. I did not think that I would receive anything…I just wish the company was clear about the fees, etc.1st review :I feel silly I signed up for the free trial. Though it was the only way to see what wines and prices they were offering. I thought I was not risking anything with a free trial…I checked the wines but very few are under a tenner. I simply added one bottle to my case and got charged instantly. I wouldn’t have done it if I had known. It was not clear at all that I was buying it.The minimum order is 6 bottles plus £7 shipping. I wish I could go back and cancel everything now (but you cannot).I emailed the company 24 hours ago and hope they will respond. (They did, after 1 or 2 days)I still have a few days to cancel the trial period and would then lose the cheapest bottle at £8 that I “bought” as you need to buy 6 (cheapest that I saw) . Hopefully nothing more !Offers are also not so great, unless you have plenty of money. Bottles often start at around £15.A 10 day trial does not leave you much time to fill up your case as they only have a few bottles to choose from every day.Not a good experience.From the ad, I definitely expected some cheap options ! I also expected a real trial period…

Great service daily deals and reminders on the best wines to choose from

On paying the delivery charge I was informed that my promotional bottle I paid for them to reserve for me was out of stock. Downgraded to 3 stars.Reading both positive & negative reviews I’m interested/excited to receive my 1st order of which I have just completed payment (including delivery charges).(£90 subscription also).Lots of stories that mention no sign of their promotional bottle and I did find that the prices were only probably a pound or 2 different to the supermarket prices and other wine suppliers….Hope I get my £170’s worth 🤔😉Watch this space

The wine is good.The website is poor. Get a new web designer please.My original purchase of £10.00 for a £78.00 bottle of wine has not yet arrived some four weeks on. I have had to raise a ticket.When I was in the process of looking at various wines to purchase, before I knew it, I had been charged for 6 bottles, with no way of reversing it.Great idea but needs the website improving massively.
