Very traceable, good comms on delivery , good service.

We were intrigued at first on viewing winedrops Instagram ads so put our details down and received a phone call from one of the very kind team explaining everything. So far we are pleasantly surprised by the number of wines that pop up on the app within our typical budget, and we can’t wait to try our first box over Christmas! We have used NakedWines and VirginWines in the past and we enjoy that the Wine Drops bottles feel more authentically from the vineyards, judging by the labels written in all of the original languages!

It’s really interesting having a daily wine drop. My niece recommended this and I’ve loved it. The only reason it’s 4 stars rather than 5 is I was disappointed with the quality of the Mystery bottle. Apart from than a fun experience and I wil know more once sampled.

Loads of notifications on wines on offer. Great access to the app which allows to filter on preferences, so great for filling up your cellar after being paid

Winedrops is an amazing concept. It gives individuals access to wines including rare wines with the flexibility of buying a few bottles at exceptional discounts. If you love wine or trying different wines, Winedrops is the app for you.

Discounts????
The service, delivery and choice of wines is very good and as such Winedrops are helping people discover new and interesting wines. However, some of the discounts are deceptive. A little internet research suggests many wine companies are offering the same wines at roughly the same price…so there is no discount. Don’t be fooled with saving money…but the wines are spot on.

Wine was left behind my bin, early, wife was out, came home early half hour before the allotted time, early is good but if the wine costs a lot of money I don’t want it left on my step

As a new member to winedrops i was a little sceptical as to whether they would live up to the advertising and feedback. Pleasantly they have more than excelled. From joining through to setting up the App, enjoying the many great wines on offer and receiving our first delivery it has been very easy and efficient to use the App and any queries have been dealt with quickly and professionally by a human.

The wines are good, not as discounted as they claim but that’s a standard marketing thing.
However, they have sent me the wrong wine, a wine I’d never order even if it had a 90% discount and their support is nowhere to be seen.
Three days & no acknowledgement of my email beyond the auto send.
Naturally there’s no phone number.
This looks like a business that’s great until you have a problem, like they mess up your order. Then you can go shout at the wind.

Cool idea but not really suited to my budget. Yes you make savings on expensive wines but delivery costs and monthly subscription all add up. I will enjoy the free trial but don’t see it saving me a lot as not many wines in my budget.

Simply the best
What can I say! This is such a great wine club that’s it not even a club it’s like a guest list that I stumbled across, joined and now get the wine I want delivered to me when I say at the lowest prices!
You can choose when and how much you buy from 1 bottle, you can buy really decent wine that’s heavily marked down and better than the high street.
I have bought and drank wine I know and like and bought bottles I’ve now fallen in love with that I wouldn’t have tried until now and wish we had met years before

It’s simply and easy and the deals are incredible. The team is small which makes it more personable and helpful and you know they care about what they do and how easy they make it to buy really decent wine

The wine is excellent but unfortunately my first order took 8 days to arrive – would not mind but was told its next day delivery – please consider managing folks expectations and be honest about lead times please.

I had a brilliant experience with Winedrops. Unfortunately, at this time I cannot afford it as I’m embarking on a university degree. However, I will be subscribing with my first wage packet after graduation! The wine I bought from them with my taster week is delicious. It’s a brilliant way to try new styles and learn more about wine. The customer service is brilliant and the subscription plan is simple and doesn’t try to catch you out! Delivery was quick and safe. Brilliant company, I will be recommending to friends and family until I can subscribe again!

First purchase safely arrived today!!….excellent wines and very competitively priced!….if you’re concerned about the initial outlay then I would say that you’ll make that back in no time!!

Great idea! All the bottles I’ve had so far have been stunning, some at savings of over 50% off the Vivino cost. Worth the price just to get access to the app in my opinion
