After speaking with the team, they have been very good and understood my point of view and offered me a refund.I wouldn’t believe any of the positive reviews written about this company, the app is very poor and theirs is about 7 wines to touch from in total.They will start off by offering you the free trial just to get your bank details and then they will charge you the £90 and never give it back. It is a scam company.

I enjoy the personal reviews and almost every bottle we’ve tried from here has been fantastic. The downside is definitely that we are spending more money on wine, but only because it’s such great wine. Swings and roundabouts 🤣. It’s a good app, easy to use. Delivery has been fine so far. Overall, enjoying Winedrops.

I am a pensioner on a limited income who enjoys a glass of wine … I am limited to the wine that’s available from the local supermarkets and that’s not a very good choice at all … Winedrops make an excellent choice of wines direct from varied vinyards and deliver to my front door cheaper than my supermarket can provide … the customer service is both prompt and excellent should a delivery go astray and I have no hesitation whatsoever to thoroughly recommend them … you will not be disappointed

Winedrops membership sign up is a no brainier
I do enjoy wine and signing up for Winedrops felt very personalised because they take the time to connect with their clients.

The wines and offers is a no brainier, when you know what you like and have a great selection at great price you can definitely indulge in the quality of wines you love.

Highly recommend as a membership it is great Value for Money and to be honest you cannot put a price in what brings you pleasure.

Winedrops is very reliable for good quality wine. It has been a great way to discover new wines and get me out of drinking the same wines all the time.

A part of me didn’t believe it until the wine arrived at my door, but it is as good as it sounds!I swiftly bought my membership after some excellent individualised customer service. I downloaded the app, which is very easy to use. I normally spend about £7 to £10 on a bottle of wine in the supermarket so bought wine around the £10 price range from Winedrops and the quality of wine is like nothing I’ve ever experienced before.Even though I put my first order in at Christmas time it came quickly and was well packaged.Honestly can’t fault it at all after being quite sceptical initially!

This company took money from my account without permission!
I reported this to my bank
And they refunded me the 90 pounds that was taken!
I now am checking with my bank to see if they get the money back !
DO NOT give them your personal data as they will misuse it!

I’m updating my review to 5 stars: you can see below the problem I had. I was concerned because I had been charged £90 despite cancelling my subscription and having no orders. I complained but my heart sank when I got a holding email from customer care. Anyway I couldn’t be more impressed – a couple of emails, a speedy response from the business owner and my account has been credited with the full amount within 24 hours of my review! Thank you Winedrops – and your positive reviews are well-deserved!ORIGINAL REVIEW HERE FOR REFERENCE: I cancelled my subscription within days of feeling pressured into subscribing. I haven’t ordered anything, nor have I taken any gifts. And today they have taken £90 from my account. I have been in touch – and I expect a refund. I will update this post as soon as I have heard back from them.

From the moment I signed up to now drinking one of the fine French wines I’d ordered my experience with Winedrops feels more personal than any other wine club I have been involved with before.

Getting a message from Johnny about a special offer and being able to buy it but keep it in my ‘cellar’ is just perfect.

I highly recommend anyone who appreciates good wine to join this club.

This is the first time that I have ever joined a wine club if they are all as good as winedrops I’m really looking forward to shopping with them the quality of the wines are excellent far better than you can buy in the shops they have a good selection of wines that change regularly they get delivered within a few days they come very well packed from a excellent delivery company I would recommend this company very highly Merry Christmas everyone and a fantastic new year
