Concept is first class 👏 and works very well until we come to delivery where they are badly let down by DHL their designated delivery people. On a good day they are average but , on a bad day appalling More effort required to satisfy this particular customer who is considering leaving , which would be shame in view of my opening remark

Wondered what all the ads were about so decided to dip my toe into the water and try out Winedrops for myself. Novel idea, and seems to work OK. One duff wine so far just reported, so will see how the customer service is. Overall, other wines have been ok, but from looking around, you need to take some of the claimed discounts with a pinch of salt! Couple of months in and the jury is still out as to whether I will continue with another year when my subscription runs out.

Great value with excellent delivery service

Just bought my first 6 bottles from Winedrops and the delivery and ordering worked just fine, its a different way of ordering wine completely from say naked wines but I thought I would give it a go. You never know what you may be offered daily and you don’t have to buy a full case, you can mix and match over a period of time but there seems to be a good selection coming up on offer.

Absolutely perfect. Great service, great prices. New unusual wines you cannot get on the high street. Very impressive.
