Really enjoying winedrops. At first I was unsure, however having researched and checked many of the prices. Winedrops always comes under. Granted you can sometimes find wines for a similar price but I’m yet to find any cheaper. I also love the access to wines that otherwise you would struggle to get delivered from Europe and the rest of the world. I really like that you can build up your cellar before having them despatched!

Winedrops always produces an amazing variety of wines at fantastic prices. The new sales process over the app also works seamlessly. The trouble is trying to not buy too much.

It’s just so easy. The options and availability of wines. Wines I never thought I would be able to afford are now firmly in my budget.

I’ve had a few orders now and the quality has been superb. On other services it’s easy to get a £15-£30 bottle horrifically wrong. Winedrops absolutely gets this price range right for me. It’s easy to use and the product superb!

My experience is exactly the same as the other one star reviews.I Wasn’t interested then your in and you can’t get out.Beware of companies with no contact details or customer service links on the website.UPDATE!After the above review went live I was contacted by the Winedrops sales team, it was discovered by them that I had inadvertently set up two accounts without knowing I had, this caused issues with their tech and meant that the Ap didn’t operate as it should for me. My feedback is, you shouldn’t be able to “accidentally” set up a second account, warning should be clear what’s happening. The approach via WhatsApp is a bit heavy handed. Which is how I got signed up twice.Please making getting in contact with you as an company easier, as I said in the call, if I have an issue it’s much easier to get resolved satisfactorily if I’m not frustrated by being left hanging with no easy way of getting my issue resolved directly with the company. If you need to reach out to me, it’s too late. Thanks for getting my issues resolved.
