I’m a huge fan of Winedrops, they have the ability to get their hands on some fantastic wines and they know it! They provide great descriptions with all their wines which helps when picking what we want to sip on..We’ve had an issue before with the courier as our wines weren’t not delivered and could not be found by the courier, however Winedrops customer service was great, responsive and caring over our order.

I love that’s it’s a personalised approach. I had thought it was just an auto generated message. However I thought I would chance it and when I asked for a delivery to be postponed due to being away it was answered with certainty and just advise when I get home. I also got a message hoping that I enjoyed my wine. Have very much enjoyed seeing what offer is sent to me everyday.

Amazing concept, executed perfectly. Gives you access to wines which otherwise aren’t available in the U.K. at competitive prices. Honestly can’t recommend them enough.
