Excellent app and wines offers! I was skeptical at the begging but i gave it a go and i received today my first 12 bottles! Delivery is cheap amd very fast! Highly recommended to join the club

The app and the marketing are done pretty well and you do more often than not save a couple of pounds on a bottle, but it’s quite disingenuous how they claim you’re saving 20, 30, 49% with their prices. I compare all bottles they offer and nearly always you can buy them elsewhere for pretty much the same price. So yes, you do save a little bit, but the annual fee negates that for anybody but heavy consumers. If you buy less than 50 bottles a year I don’t really see any benefit to this service. I will use until my subscription runs out but won’t be renewing

All I can say is all of the wines I’ve had have been good but a couple have been amazing. So thank you so much wine drops.I look forward to spending lots more money with you 🤣🙈

JUST TO CLARIFY, WITHIN 24HRS OF MAKING THIS COMPLAINT, JONNY OF WINE DROPS EMAILED ME DIRECTLY AND SORTED OUT MY QUERY. MUCH APPRECIATED.

Bought 6 bottles whilst using the free trial option, opted out but gave still been charged the £90 subscription fee from my account. Have emailed the help support only for the email to bounce back, so messaged on the app via “contact us” and still have not had a reply.
Also when I go into the app and check the subscription tag it states that I do not have a subscription tied to my account, despite being charged???

Good packaging and arrived quickly, I can’t wait to open them up!
