Ordered a ‘rare’ wine just to find out to arrive a totally different wine I have ordered. Do not order from them, absolute scam!!! Will post it everywhere and I am not kidding

Pretty terrible. You get charged £90 for signing up and if you cancel within 15 days – as I did – they refuse to give you your money back. They don’t make it clear in their terms about cancellation or when you will be charged. A bit of a con to be honest.

Had a problem with despatch taking a while but other than that selection and prices are great!

A good selection of wines, from all over the world. Some great deals to find, however, sometimes it can be difficult to know what’s a good deal and what’s not, the wines are price compared to other places, but typically not to the best price available. Winedrops is definitely the cheapest and very convenient, but not to the extent that it appears on the app.

If you order 6 bottles a month, delivery and membership will be £2.41 per bottle. If you order 12 a month it will be £1.46 per bottle. However the auto-pay and auto-ship mean it’s hard to order 12 in one go without ordering more than 6 of one wine. The discounts exceed this but you are encouraged to trade up to earn back the membership fee. If you want the deals there are some steals.PS I’m writing this after Winedrops’ reply: I see now where you can change the auto-ship settings. Thanks Winedrops!

I’m always very sceptical of people who promise to offer something new and cheaper as if by magic. I’m happy to say that the wine I bought was measurably cheaper and good. Delivery was quick and overall the app is very easy (perhaps for me too easy) to use.

This company is amazing. If you are not a wine connoisseur you will be after reading and selecting awesome selection of Wines at awesome prices. You can read all about each wine before you buy. We’ll recommended.

Waited 3 weeks to receive my first order so cancelled and requested refund. Slow answers to my emails despite assurances to keep me informed. Chased up again but 10 days later still no refund and no contact from them. I’m over £100 out of pocket. No surprise they don’t provide phone numbers

It’s useful to have a trial but unfortunately the main shop isn’t available on a standard/trial membership which defeats the object of it. Would like to see wines in my price bracket.
