Good value, delivered quickly, but often when invited to “shop the drop” clicking on the tab takes you to a different wine from that offered, and it appears impossible to actually bring up the wine proposed. Big drawback is that you are unable to speak to anyone.

This wine club is such fun and good value for money if you take advantage of it. Great selection of fantastic wines. I really enjoy choosing and receiving my wines and enjoy drinking them even more! Great wines and lots of drops daily to choose from. Like the idea of buying as you go and building your choice! Can’t really afford to buy bottles over £20 but lots to choose from under that price!

With its great marketing, and fantastic business concept, I discovered Winedrops via Facebook & TikTok. Sadly, despite a wide selection of wines available, I didn’t find anything that I would have ordered. However, within 24 hours of the £90 payment being taken from my account, and my contacting customer services, I received a full refund & the matter was resolved to my satisfaction.

Absolutely love the deals that come through wine drops. Getting super premium wine, that is cheaper than wine in your local store. No brainer!

I like it seems many others have been scammed by the £90 membership fee. In touch with customer services which seems to be a road to nowhere and have also reached out to the joint founders.

It seems like a great concept but with this shady stealth charging it lets you down.

Am in touch with the fraud team of my bank and will also take to small claims if needbe as this is now about principle.

Horrible company. Wish I’d read the reviews first. Pushy salesman. I checked out the app and didn’t want any of the wines (too expensive for me). £90 was taken from my account with no notice. They refused to refund me even after appealing to them twice, saying they’d made it clear that the subscription would be charged after the free trial (not true!). Luckily my bank is quick and good at dealing with disputes and refunded the money. Only then did I get a conciliatory email from the Winedrops guy.

Crappy crappy company!!

Was really dubious after my first order, firstly dhl said parcel refused but hadn’t been attempted. When it finally arrived a bottle had been smashed and the parcel repackaged and looked in sorry state. Found it frustrating that you can not speak to anyone on the phone non the less the email was dealt with very quickly and I was happy with the credit given. Second parcel arrived on time and in good condition. Couple of the wines have been excellent and couple just ok. I also check the pricing as well as some are competitively priced whereas others I have found for similar elsewhere.
