When I looked them up individually online, the saving was £0.00

What more could you ask for? The app is easy to navigate, the wines are cheap (and taste amazing) and are delivered before you even realise you’ve ordered them! All in all 10/10

Though I didn’t stay on as a member (for now), I thought the customer service was really good as well as the concept.

Trying to figure out how to cancel my free trail and the app does not have this functionality at all. No idea how much after the trial period.

Great wines and a simple to use app

No gimmicks. A shorter supply chain equals huge savings. Monthly fee reasonable and will save loads over normal 12m buy. Probably just our Xmas wine alone pays the reasonable fee.

There is always a great selection of wines to choose from at price points to suit almost everyone. I have found the tasting notes to be enticing and accurate.The app is great for those who already know about wines and beginners alike.

Felt a bit pressured into making a purchase. Having had a phone call with a representative, I was charged for membership after agreeing with the representative that it wasn’t the right service for me.Joan Joh from Customer Care gave me £90 credit so I could try out the delivery (which may not work for my address).I put bottles up to £90 value in my basket but found it difficult to check/change my order- looking into it, I can email to cancel and refund the bottles in the basket.Not sure what will happen next as our apartments post often gets stolen… will find out in the next couple of day. Fingers crossed our wine arrives!

I didnt expect to be charged a £90 membership fee but all credit to jonny at winedrops.co.uk who sorted it out.That aside, I am pleased with the range of wine available and the regular contact from the company. I will stay with them

I have contacted regarding payment to be refunded and have not received anything back from the company, i can’t see a way of unsubscribing.

Absolute SCAM. Cancelled membership on day 10 – Who has a 10 day trial? – There was no time frame mentioned at sign up and there is no time frame mentioned in their T&Cs. Told that my membership fee won’t be refunded because I’ve cancelled outside of the trial. You can’t see what’s available until you sign up. Avoid at all costs. Very unsavoury business practices.

I rather stupidly joined but no response to any email or text. Paid my fee. Wish I hadn’t. Left naked wines to join…dont do it!!!! I certainly will be cancelling as soon as I possibly can…..

After seen this app pop up on my social media, and I am a big wine drinker, I thought I give it a look. Signed up, took a look but did not like it. This morning I get a notification that automatically they have taken £90 form my account!

I want my money returned. They are a disgraceful

Went in to look around at the prices of wine, simply to see what was on offer. There was no mention of being charged £90 to look at prices. A welcome email, when downloading the app suggested what a subscription could be and not a date/ any details of when I would be charged this amount. Although in the faqs it says cancel before charged.No dates were given, no timelines no reminder emails. No you’ve signed up to a month trial, cancel before this date etc.As I have never purchased any wine I can’t comment on the overall service.But I would suggest to avoid any company who in a cost of living crisis are taking £90 out of peoples banks accounts without permission and without providing a services are to be avoided.Update – I was refunded, after the dates was just with their free trial period.

A new name to me in this space. Interesting choice of wines available and delivery is prompt and useful that half a case (6) can be delivered.Also good response from Customer Service when I queried the membership fee.
