Terrible customer service. Their prices are NOT lower than you’ll pay at a supermarket at all and as none of the wines you see on the app you find at a supermarket anyway, theres nothing to compare it to… however, their average bottle price is more than you’ll pay… stick to the supermarket if you want to save money. They do NOT make it clear when downloading the app that this comes with a £90 charge that they’ll take from the card you register (which they say is to prove youre over 18) and then after communicating with “Jonny” was told Id have to cancel the subscription through the app (which Id already deleted). So now I guess I have to redownload it, reset my password and access the account just to try and cancel it. NOT the way to launch a new app to the market by ripping people off and being misleading.

Just got my first delivery, really fun concept. excited to try the wine!

A new name to me in this space. Interesting choice of wines available and delivery is prompt and useful that half a case (6) can be delivered.Also good response from Customer Service when I queried the membership fee.

Really good wines at great prices. Easy to use app. Quick delivery. One corked bottle which was refunded immediately when flagged. My only issue is that it’s completely addictive and too easy to buy too much nice wine!

24 bottles at a very reasonable price, great selection and took advantage of some very good offers, no complaint’s.
Very easy to use app, just don’t get caught out with the purchase as they have no basket it drops into for those who may be undecided on what they’ve picked. otherwise recommended.

Great idea for a wine subscription
The membership and delivery prices are on the more expensive side, but quick dispatch and a good selection of high quality wine at very decent prices. Some really good deals to be had if you know what you’re looking for.

Great wine selection, good pricing on the bottles and good delivery, the only down side for me was the subscription price thought it was a bit much but I guess to get the price they give on the wine it may be necessary

Great wines. 4 starts because it’s quite pricey £100 per year plus you still pay for each bottle around £10 -£15 or more( if you really want to get a great wine) but you know how it works while signing up.The annoying thing for me was the fact that at the top of this all you still have to pay for the delivery £5.99 or £8.99 depending on how many wines you order. This should be covered, in my opinion, by the company.

I have experienced excellent wines from winedrops with unbeatable prices, and I can’t explain how glad I am signing up. Great service, quick delivery.Tried wines that I would not normally buy in stores and also brought a mystery bottle, which turned out to be very tasty!!.

This company is like none other I’ve used before!Great wines, great prices!Nice to have a selection of cheaper wines but also ones that I can buy and enjoy we friends that might cost that little bit more.Customer service is great and with fast response times – that’s always a plus!All in all I would recommend this company to anyone!

We had really amazing wines for a bargain. I would only decrease the delivery charge of £6.99 which is a lot.

I am very pleasantly surprised with this service. At first I was a little cautious however I have to admit this company has and does some of the best wine champagne and all sorts of deals. If you like your alcohol then wine drop is the best place to go

i enjoy this App. I’ve bought some wines that are great value from here, although it does tempt me above my usual budget. Don’t believe all the negative reviews from people who probably struggle to tie their own shoelaces.The £90 annual fee is totally explained when you sign up for MEMBERSHIP.

SCAM!! DO NOT GIVE YOUR CARD DETALS!!
I even had a representative of theirs, call me and promised me a week until he would call me back to see if I wanted to actually proceed with the membership so that I could see which wines were on the site, absolute balderdash. Never got that cold, but guess what the £90 came out They should all be arrested

Ordered 7 bottles over a week ago and the order was supposedly delivered on Monday but was left in a public lobby area by DHL signed for by a ‘random name’ not associated to myself and now my order is lost.

This isn’t Winedrops fault, however as a lot of other reviews have mentioned I was stung by the £90 charge and thought I should give it a go but trying to get hold of customer services to resolve my lost order is an absolute pain due to no contact number. I have chased daily stating that it is lost but haven’t had a reply as of yet..
