This company are very upright and a honest company my wife who suffered a stroke a few years ago placed an order not realising there was a membership fee. The order was delivered and paid for. I contacted the company explaining my wife situation. They have very kindly refunded the £119.00 which we are most grateful for. As it was out of the 48hr deadline once again thank you so much for your most kind gesture Jack and Susan Mason

Got a really good deal on 6 bottles of wine. As a member of a couple of wine clubs I would comment that: 1. My order was late. The carrier said it was delivered when it wasn’t. 2. Communications could be improved. I found it difficult to get in touch and get an answer from Winedrops 3. I was told I was getting a free extra bottle with my order and didn’t.
