Genuinely good value when you factor in that you can make back the annual fee in just a couple of bottles worth of savings. Also a really good way to branch out and try different varieties.

Excellent Customer Service
I downloaded the app and completed the quiz for the wines I wanted offers on.

I began swiping through my offers. Each card has a wine and below there is a brief description and additional commentary.

I found the red that I wanted to purchase and selected 6 bottles. Then a pop up appeared asking for my address. I completed the details and pressed to confirm. The app is a bit glitchy sometimes and once it registered I discovered I had purchased 6 bottles of a completely different wine.

The cards had flicked back to the first wine behind the address pop up box. I had now spent £90 on rose – I don’t even like rose. I went to cancel my order and there is no option to cancel, which is frustrating. I messaged via the in app help chat to cancel my order. A message appeared stating they are a small company and it could take a few days for a response. I then started to panic thinking I was going to have to wait days to hear back via email and they were going to have dispatched my 6 bottles of rose. I would then have to mess around trying to return them.

Instead, I got an instant response saying it had been cancelled and I had been refunded. Excellent customer service and they resolved the issue immediately.

I buy at my own pace and get diff variety

Really enjoying subscription, had for a few months now was a bit sceptical at first but love learning about the wines I’m buying & trying things I probably wouldn’t.

Amazing company. I have been with them since their WhatsApp days. They always have the best selection of wines across the board. I’ve never been disappointed.

I’ve been really impressed with Winedrops. They offer a great selection of interesting wines at competitive prices, making it easy to discover something new and exciting. Their delivery service is fast and efficient, and I’ve never had any issues with my orders arriving on time. I also really enjoy reading the detailed descriptions of the wines—they provide valuable insight into whether a wine is ready to be enjoyed now or if it’s one to set aside and age. Overall, a great experience!
