Quite a challenge with the app, however the support/customer service helps. A bit disappointed with variety/options – feels like a lot of hype for something fairly “middle of the road” – nothing special/exciting really once you’ve seen a few days of the “daily drops”

I’ve used them twice now, prices have been competitive, with great wines, that are also as described on the website. Delivery has been quick and I have no complaints, will be using again.

I signed up for the trial and didn’t like any of the wines or prices so I cancelled in the time allowed. A week or so later a salesman called me at work and said he would add a free bottle to my ‘account’ in case I changed my mind. He fraudulently didn’t mention reinstating any membership. I didn’t change my mind and didn’t think any more of it until I saw £90 taken from my account. They are refusing a refund. Don’t use them – there are better wine companies with better customer service. I shall be pursuing a refund legally if I have to

I have some knowleedge of wines and I love drinking it but throughout my life I always tried to keep a certain price to buy wines because they can be rather expensive. Lately after joining this app I was able to appreciate very good wines at a reasonable price and I am grateful to be able to continue the experience.
