Quite a challenge with the app, however the support/customer service helps. A bit disappointed with variety/options – feels like a lot of hype for something fairly “middle of the road” – nothing special/exciting really once you’ve seen a few days of the “daily drops”

It’s so easy to navigate the store. Wine is always as advertised plus the service ver good.

Winedrops provide my favourite wines at a superb price. I would highly recommend them.

I’ve used them twice now, prices have been competitive, with great wines, that are also as described on the website. Delivery has been quick and I have no complaints, will be using again.

I signed up for the trial and didn’t like any of the wines or prices so I cancelled in the time allowed. A week or so later a salesman called me at work and said he would add a free bottle to my ‘account’ in case I changed my mind. He fraudulently didn’t mention reinstating any membership. I didn’t change my mind and didn’t think any more of it until I saw £90 taken from my account. They are refusing a refund. Don’t use them – there are better wine companies with better customer service. I shall be pursuing a refund legally if I have to
