I really rate the app and the service the team provides. While I was initially irked (at myself) for forgetting the end of the trial period and subsequent annual membership fee, I’m now comfortable that it’s absolutely worth it. I’ve found some great new wines which are an absolute steal, and my experience of dealing with their customer services team has been really positive. Keep up the good work!
