Excellent choice of wines. They are of genuine quality. The app is very easy to use.

Always looks to help the customers and gives the cheapest prices for many different champagnes and wines. One thing that can be improved is the amount of choices as there is around 100-200 only.

Winedrops is a revolutionary app that has transformed the way to order wines in my opinion and it also cuts out the middle man.
No hassling you. You order what you want, when you want and build the case of wines, you want.
A small annual subscription opens up many doors of wines

This is great for wine lovers however, over the Christmas period there was a two week free period and other than just stopping the access to this app it did an annual subscription. I was told in an email that I would at a £60 refund with an in app purchase however this charged my bank account. 4 rating for this as this is a great app for wine lovers however, this is overpriced for an annual subscription and how the two week free trial was done I do not like.

Great wine at great prices. On occasion, we have found the same wine cheaper elsewhere but not by much so still a good deal.

Customer service is exceptional and the team is incredibly responsive and helpful.

Delivery charge is disappointing. I feel that if I have paid for an annual membership, and spent a couple of hundred pounds on an order, I shouldn’t have to pay for delivery.

Tip: maximise the number of bottles in your cellar before having your order dispatched to make the delivery cheaper.

The £90 membership was a surprise because I didn’t read the small print properly but the team were kind enough to give me a partial credit in wine which is fair enough as I guess I should have read what I was signing up for 🙂
