I’ve had this app for maybe just over a year, and it’s truly levelled up my wine knowledge and access to fine wines. It’s hard to know where to start when it comes to buying wines or exploring grapes or regions out of your comfort zone, but WineDrops covers it all.

The company hides the annual charge and gives no warning as to when the money will be taken. Customer service is unhelpful and say “it’s sign posted” yet it wasn’t in any of my original emails. Complete scam!

Some really good deals on the wine. If your wine is off, corked, suffering from heat damage, they are quick to credit your account. Overall, very happy with WineDrops!!

I like the concept of a professional wine merchant sources discounted quality wines.I find the app clunky and confusing especially when selecting wines for my case and search options when looking for wine types.
