Really feel like this company cares about their customers. Got a call today and felt wonderful to chat with someone who wants their customers to be apart of a great wine membership that not only gets you such great prices but also great quality wines.

Tried the free trial and enjoyed the wine but didn’t think it justified the £90 subscription fee. 3 months after cancelling the free trial, I’ve just seen £90 taken out of my account and I never resubscribed! I didn’t delete the app off my phone so the only thing I can think of is maybe I accidentally opened it but at no point did a click anything to sign back up. I’ve checked my emails and had nothing about resubscribing either. I contacted customer services who refuse to give me my money back despite not signing up… terrible service, do not recommend!

Great Quality wines at great prices. Delivery is always on time. I was worried about the site at first but gave it a try and have not looked back 5 stars.

I love drinking good wine but I have zero idea what is good and what is not good. Can’t afford top range prices so rarely have the opportunity to try things that are older. Winedrops has been perfect. Just read easy to understand everyday lingo summary, trust their recommendation and bargain prices and my friends now think I am a wine expert! Highly recommend!

Great app for someone not as clued up as you might hope. Learned a lot about different wines and what it is I’m actually looking for. Not to mention FANTASTIC prices

I recently downloaded the Wine Drops app and have been thoroughly impressed by its user-friendly interface and personalised recommendations. Easy to use and order, great that you can buy bottle by bottle and then ship when you get to 6 or12 etc. Not sure about the daily wine “drops” yet as there don’t seem to have been any. Shipments are quick.
