I made a huge mistake thinking I was just browsing the website, I hadn’t realised I had signed up to an annual subscription with a 10 day trial.
Once I had realised my error that I truly couldn’t afford what was on offer on the site I removed the app within a few minutes, 10 days later I was charged the £119 subscription, which sadly is a fairly sizeable financial burden for me.
I immediately contacted explaining that I was not in the position to loose such a payment without implication appealing to their better nature, but was quickly pointed to the error being mine and there being no better nature.
It’s a great sadness that even if this is a good company, there has to be recognition that an error was made, I certainly have not made many before as I have to be extremely financially aware,
There were 4 areas which I missed apparently and I just hope that others don’t fall down the same hole I did.
It does state that if I were to contact within 24 hours something may be done I was offered a voucher and free wine which considering I wa not in a position to loose the £119 it seemed a fairly insensitive gesture.
I know the fault lies with me a 62 year old full time unpaid carer living on £81 per week I just wish I had been more observant

It’s so exciting to revive a case from wine drops that include trusted friends of reds that give instant pleasure with a few new additions to titillate my palate with new sensations. Always great value, trusted quality and leaving lasting memories that I share with friends over dinner. Wine drops never stops giving pleasure.

I recently signed up for this APP and quickly cancelled when I found out there was an annual fee of £119, which I could just not afford right now. They took the money regardless of the fact that I had never actually bought a single bottle of wine from them.

They also refused to reimburse me the charge even when I told them it was all the money that I had right now andd needed money to distract my teenage son, who I have just found out is suicidal. They did not care at all and I am heartbroken at this terrible time, that I cannot even take my son to the cinema

All very good wines. No issues with any of the 8 bottles which are consigned to the bin
The main reason for joining is that when you see a wine that fits your profile it’s stored till you collect a full case of 6

Vino for dummies!
I love drinking good wine but I have zero idea what is good and what is not good. Can’t afford top range prices so rarely have the opportunity to try things that are older. Winedrops has been perfect. Just read easy to understand everyday lingo summary, trust their recommendation and bargain prices and my friends now think I am a wine expert! Highly recommend!

Great fun, wine lovers will enjoy this app. Easy to use, so much so that I ended up spending over £1,000 in my first month, which was December. However, I saved on every bottle.I’m in hospitality myself and I love the huge mix of wines on offer. Thank you!
