Good wines, often from lesser known producers, from regions where it’s often difficult to acquire in the UK. Good prices relative to retail but need to double check Vivino and Google to make sure you’re getting a good deal. Sometimes, savings are overblown but I have been happy with the service, enough so that I renewed my membership (with a fee) for a further year

Terrible customer service!

I downloaded the app but quickly realised it wasn’t for me and deleted it within minutes. Despite this, I was still charged. When I requested a refund, I was given a voucher instead—something I never asked for. I couldn’t afford this unexpected charge, and the lack of flexibility in resolving my request has been really disappointing. A full refund should be an option in cases like this. Be cautious before purchasing, as the refund process is unclear and not as straightforward as it should be.

This company truly cares about its customers! I got a call today, and it was wonderful to chat with someone who genuinely wants their members to be part of a fantastic wine club. Not only do you get amazing prices, but the quality of the wines is top-notch.
