The app is enjoyable and easy to navigate.Great quality wines at big discounts. We’ve experimented with a number of wines we had not tried before and have not been disappointed.

Awful customer service. Cancelled membership within 30 mins so should not have been charged. Was charged anyway and membership was never cancelled so I have had to cancel the membership again and have lost £119 and got absolutely nothing for it. Absolutely disgraceful service, denied that anything could have been wrong on their part and would not refund even though I alerted them within 24 hours of being charged.

An interesting concept meaning I am buying wines I would not ordinarily buy.This is a first class company with excellent customer service. I had one significant issue with an order which was never delivered. It was the fault of their courier but Winedrops stepped up, refunded my account immediately and added compensation on top.I have no hesitation in recommending Winedrops to anyone who loves their wine.

Nice app , nice idea, a few good deals to be had .Nothing I can’t get at the supermarket for my price range , without the cost of postage and subscription.Daily deals don’t really change through my trial period

Had a staff member ring me to follow up on initial interest. Run me through a lot of pricing options without over selling it. Complimentary bottle upon registration(who doesn’t like a freebie) swift and prompt delivery. You can buy and deliver by the bottle, 4, 6 etcThe feature I like is the buy now but they keep it in tour cellar until you want it delivered, special occasions etc

I’ve ordered several times from Winedrops, the discounts are immense and the wine is amazing. You can’t beat the discounts on Winedrops & the customer service from Joan is way above and beyond what’s expected!

Good range of wines and fast delivery. Good description of each wine and some very good finds.

This is very easy to drink and goes well with red meat ,cheese and biscuits i have just ordered more.

Great prices on some fantastic wines, although the app is a little buggy and I’d like the option to search for sustainable & organic wines.
